Xarmoured is an early-stage offensive security practice built around manual testing, clear evidence, practical remediation and retesting.
Security work is useful only when it changes an engineering decision.
That means going beyond scanner output: understanding how an application is supposed to behave, challenging authorization and trust boundaries, validating exploitability, and documenting the result so the team responsible for the system can reproduce and fix it.
Xarmoured currently focuses on:
We are deliberately not presenting ourselves as a SOC, MDR provider, compliance auditor, or large consulting firm. The practice will expand only when the capability exists to deliver the work properly.
Every engagement starts with explicit authorization and a defined scope. Testing is manual-first, supported by tooling where it improves coverage. Findings are validated before reporting, tied to realistic impact, and written for both security teams and engineers.
The goal is not a longer vulnerability list. The goal is a clearer picture of what can actually go wrong and what needs to change.
We care about the work behind the report. Understanding a system. Challenging its assumptions. Turning a finding into something an engineer can fix.
State what was tested, what was observed and what remains uncertain.
Clear evidence is useful to both the engineer fixing a flaw and the reviewer assessing risk.
Coordinate disclosure, respect confidentiality and publish only what is ready to be shared.
Help teams understand the cause and verify remediation against the original failure.
